The bedroom window is half open, the weather is all lovely this afternoon, quiet drive is playing in the background. I'm sitting on the couch as I write this. I'm delighted to say that I'm enjoying my day off and the thought of actually not having any classes on Monday makes me pleased as the starting of the week wasn't really terrific. I don't know if I have mentioned this (I'm pretty sure I have mentioned it on Twitter though) but I got my driving license since October, 31. Passed after the third attempt.
Anyways, this isn't what I wanted to talk about. the thing is, I had my very first car accident on Saturday which was very stupid and I don't really know it all happened. It just happened very fast. In a second I found myself in the middle of the road, crashed into a man's car, clueless and not aware of what just happened. The good thing is, my brother-in-law was around the corner, witnessed the accident with his own eyes and I wasn't far away from home (actually this all happened in my neighborhood).
Thankfully, everything got under control and my brothers and brother-in-law handled the whole thing pretty well. This made me appreciate what I have even more. It is such a blessing to have a family that will be there for you no matter what. A family that supports you in good times and bad times as well. I really am thankful for that. Alhamdulillah*
